This Saturday is the Mid-Autumn and please join SBCS Mid-Autumn Festival Potluck from 5:30pm to 8:30pm at PVHS.

We'd like to borrow a portable Karaoke machine and if you have one, would you please call Nancy at 310-387-9887.

We'll also have the Chinese New Year Celebration solo performance audition, for piano and dance, please bring a copy of DVD.

Prof. Yanhua Ma, Ph.D. in Linguistics, Professor, Beijing Normal University Prof. Ma has been working in the field of Teaching Chinese as a Second Language since 1988. 朱宗慶樂團與麥當勞親子徵圖短文比賽

活動主旨：洛杉磯世界日報與麥當勞為鼓勵並促進親子互動，邀請南加州中文學校聯合
會共同舉辦複合式的親子活動。活動結合徵圖短文比賽、親子活動、親子為
主題的演講，旨在促進家庭和諧，子女與父母間親密互動關係。
複合式的親子活動：
A.親子徵圖短文比賽(一張最溫馨且感人的照片及短文)。
B.朱宗慶打擊樂團帶領親子活動。
C.頒獎儀式、專家親子講座及作品展出。

活動辦法：
A. 親子徵圖短文比賽
歡迎4至12歲兒童將與親子女互動最感人的照片，加上100字以內短文，郵寄或電郵至本報洛杉磯社參加徵圖文比賽，照片以彩色照片為主，請註明參賽者姓名、地址、電話和參賽作品說明。
獎金：第一名(一個名額)獎金$400，
第二名(一個名額)獎金$250，
第三名(一個名額)獎金$100，
佳作(十個名額)每名獎金$50
B.朱宗慶打擊樂示範親子互動活動有兩大主題，也是圖文的最佳題材，活動免費進場，
