In the attachment of this post is a snapshot as of the end of the Fall 2008 semester & 14th week of the Spring 2009 semester:
Fall08.pdf for all family codes A through Z,
Spr09.pdf for all family codes A through Z.

Explanation of what is in each column:
Required Points: points you need per semester.
Points Deficient: points you need to meet the semester requirement.
Weekly sub: what you've earn per week, listed by week number.
PA Mtg: 2 points if you attended the PA meeting.
Parent / Teacher Conf: 1 point per child if you met with the teacher.
Other Points: points earn volunteering.
SCRIP Points: not used
Total Points: Grand total.

Note: room parent coordinator points are entered on the 16th week of each semester as "other."

Hello,

I am wondering where the room parent points are? I do the email and calling for events and announcments, coordinate room volunteers, make the teacher a roster and bring food for class. Serveral hours over the year. (MH3A) Liu
